Suzy designed and sculpted Ocean’s Echo after finding a tiny snail shell on the beach. The way the waves had worn away the shell over time inspired her to create this sculpture, in which the echos of the sea are turned into bronze. The gentle curves evoke the feeling of a twisting shell without actually representing it, like a piece of abstract art made by the sea itself. It is an extremely tactile sculpture, and since it is made out of solid bronze it can hold up to being touched. The sculpture is 10 inches tall and rests on a limestone base. Ocean’s Echo is limited edition, from an edition of 10.
