The hilt of this knife is an owl. Its wings are spread in flight as it ghosts silently through the air, with its talons ready to strike. The bronze owl is extremely detailed, with each feather and claw lovingly sculpted. The disk-shaped pommel has a raised image of a bare winter tree.
We are extremely excited about the wooden handle on this one! It’s a piece of heavily figured maple we found, and it looks beautiful with the owl. You can get lost in all the swirls and colors of the grain.
All fittings are solid cast bronze. The blade is 7 inches long and made from carbon steel. The knife is 14 inches in total length.
