We wanted to try something a little different with this phoenix knife! We cut the blade into sharp twisting points to mimic flames trailing behind the phoenix. The hilt and pommel form the body and head of the mythical bird, with its flaming wings spread in flight. It is definitely one of the most eye-catching and fantastical knives we’ve made recently! The handle is made from red dyed leather over a wooden core, which feels warm and soft in the hand. The blade is carbon steel and 10 inches long. All fittings are solid cast bronze. Total length of the knife is 16 inches.
