Suzy designed and sculpted Ocean’s Echo after finding a tiny snail shell on the beach. The way the waves had worn away the shell over time inspired her to create this sculpture, in which the echos of the sea are turned into bronze. The gentle curves evoke the feeling of a twisting shell without actually representing it, like a piece of abstract art made by the sea itself. The sculpture rests on a limestone base.
